You may not claim ownership of the artwork. Full ownership of the artwork goes back to the artist.

You may not print, resell, duplicate, or use the artwork in any way for commercial purposes.

You may not make changes to the artwork or allow others to edit it without the artist's consent.

You are not allowed to use artwork as an NFT.

You are not allowed to use artwork for training AI.

You may print the artwork for personal use only.

You may use the artwork for personal use, such as profile pictures, etc.

You may post the artwork on social media platforms by giving credit to the artist.

You may request the artist not to post the artwork publicly, for which additional fees may apply.

Once agreed upon, your commissioned artwork can be used for commercial purposes at the following pricing tiers:

1.5x price applies to those who wish to use the artwork on monetized platforms, such as YouTube and Twitch. It is also required to give credit to the artist concerned.

The 2x price applies to those who own a business. You are allowed to sell merchandise using the artwork. Of course, you can also use the artwork on monetized platforms.

You are not allowed to use artwork as an NFT.

You are not allowed to use artwork for training AI.

You may not make changes to the artwork or allow others to edit it without the consent of the artist.

You may use the artwork for personal use, such as profile pictures, etc.

You may not claim ownership of the artwork. Ownership of the artwork fully reverts to the artist.

Artist holds no responsibility for DMCA claims due to the use of copyrighted characters If you requests characters of IPs not belonging you (e.g. fanart of existing characters).

Artist reserves the right to use and display the artwork for promotional purposes.

Artist has the right to post the artwork on social media such as Instagram, Twitter, etc., unless there is a due date (e.g. birthday, release date, etc.).

Artist reserves the right to refuse any order received if it is beyond the artist's capability.

Artist reserves the right to use the artwork as a visual example for future commissions.

I handle commissions one by one, If there are many orders, they will be placed on a Waiting List first. So, make sure you're not in a rush

After placing your order, please wait for a while until the artist contact you to inform whether your order has been accepted or rejected.

If the artist accepts your order, artist will send you an invoice through PayPal, Ko-fi or Local bank payment depend on what you prefer and as soon as artist receive the payment, you will get a slot and artist will start working if you’re on the top of the slot.

Full payment upfront is required.

After payment, artist will create 2-3 sketches. During this stage, you can request up to 2 revisions on the provided concepts. Therefore, it is requested to provide feedback on the sketches given by the artist.

Once the sketch is approved, artist will proceed to the line art and coloring stage. During this phase, you can only request minor revisions, such as changing colors.

Upon completion, the commissioned work will be delivered via email, Google Drive, or Discord, depending on the your preference.

You may cancel the commission if payment has not been made.

You may request a refund if the commission has not commenced within 2 months of booking.

You cannot request a refund if the artist has already started working on the sketch.
